Gundam Wing Episode 13

The episode begins with Zechs testing the Tallgeese against ground-based beam cannons. He avoids them easily and goes on the pretend that he's attacking the HQ. Maser, the engineer who is helping him, remarks that Zechs has finally mastered the Tallgeese. Nearby, two young OZ officers, Alex and Mueller, have gone somewhat renegade and are carrying out their assigned attacks on Federation bases, but the killing all the troops instead of taking them prisoner. The two believe that all of the Federation troops and officers were traitors to OZ and must be killed. They head to Victoria Base to pick up extra troops for their next assignment, and are angry when they find none there. They also resent the fact that Zechs is there with Tallgeese. It appears that the two of them, both former students of Noin's, know about Noin's love for Zechs and they are jealous of him. They get Zechs to agree to help them attack the Federation's Mogadishu fortress in Tallgeese. They plan to use Zechs' mobile suit as bait and then attack while he's being destroyed.

Zechs is not destroyed, but successfully gets the Federation commander to surrender, then is outraged when Alex and Mueller keep firing. Since neither of the two will stop their killings, Zechs decides they have to be eliminated. He takes out Mueller in his Aries first, then chases Alex's Cancer underwater. He comes up behind the renegade officer and says that soldiers like Alex have no right to control such powerful suits. Then he crushes the Cancer.

At the circus, Trowa unveils Heavyarms, much to the audience's delight - until he opens fire at OZ planes flying outside, sending the audience screaming. Cathrine tells Trowa to, "come down here and let's talk this over," but Trowa tells her that he has to detonate the suit. She climbs up to the cockpit, slaps him silly, and tells him to think about the one's he'll leave behind. He agrees not to do it.
