Gundam Wing Episode 29

Relena, who seems now to be officially the leader of the Sank Kingdom, is at a summit of peace-minded nations, discussing whether to stand up against the ever-expanding power of the Romefeller Foundation. All of the leaders are old, white men - except for 15-year-old Relena of course. When she states her support for her father's ideal of Absolute Pacifism, the old men applaud. It appears that if the Sank Kingdom is supporting their actions, they have to courage to hold to their convictions. There are Romefeller Foundation soldiers and mobile suits outside the conference center and they tell Relena that they'll leave since the conference appears to have ended.

Heero and Quatre have made it to Earth, only to be captured by soldiers of the nation they landed in. The nation has reluctantly agreed to comply with Romefeller, but the army leader who is holding the two pilots, Count Townsend, doesn't have any desire to follow the Foundation's orders to execute them. He tells them that soldiers from Romefeller are coming to get them, then leaves them unguarded so that they may escape. Instead of fleeing the area, though, the two attack the approaching Romefeller carrier and take a Leo. It's clear they're at a loss as to what to do next. Heero tells Quatre that there's no place he really wants to go in particular and then says that the only thing he can do is fight. Quatre is obviously reluctant to take this attitude.

Sally Po, in a plane with Wing, is attacked by Romefeller forces (calling themselves "OZ" - although just which side represents "OZ" at this point is problematic.) She ditches the plane in the ocean and is then captured and confined at a Romefeller base. Meanwhile, Noin has arrived at the base and seen Sally taken into custody. She sets off several explosives as distractions and breaks into Sally's room. The two women are forced to trust each other (they're total strangers here) and they escape, with Noin telling Sally that she wants to gundam so that her nation can fight against Romefeller. They talk on the way to the harbor and find out that they both know gundam pilots. Sally agrees to turn Wing over to Noin. Somehow they steal a couple of Pisces suits and as Sally clears Romefeller's forces from the surface, Noin dives down to recover the gundam. They part ways, both vowing to keep looking for the other gundams and their pilots.

Back in the European nation that hosted the peace nations summit, a huge, yellow car pulls over a a lookout point along a highway. A girl steps out and expresses her disappointment that the Romefeller forces are leaving the area without initiating any fighting. She then remarks that she knows that Relena "little knights" will come to protect her. This Dorothy Catalonia - one of the most interesting characters in the series. She takes the role of a sort of "anti-Relena" who is eager for war and relishes the idea of battles. The forked eyebrows should give away who she is related to.

Dorothy arrives in the Sank Kingdom as an "exchange student" from the Romefeller Foundation. She will be attending Relena's new "school" where teenaged girls come as representatives from all interested nations to learn about the theory of Absolute Pacifism (AP) and how to implement such as system in their own countries. When meeting Relena for the first time, Dorothy admires Sank's scenary and wonders what Relena-the-Absolute-Pacifist would do if Romefeller attacked the Kingdom. Relena, however doesn't think they will attack. Dorothy claims to be very interested in the theory of AP and she also says she is a great admirer of Relena.
