Gundam Wing Episode 31

Heero and Quatre "enroll" in Relena's pacifism school, although Heero tells Relena that he plans on getting his gundam working and will then leave. He says that he's a soldier and only knows fighting and as such, has no place in Sank. Relena mentions Trowa being missing, and remarks that he must have meant a lot to Heero. She says that she will her resources and connections to take over the search for him, adding that Heero will no doubt want to stay around to hear about the results of the search. During what appears to be the only "school day" Quatre and Heero have, Heero meets up with Dorothy in the fencing salon. They have a duel and Dorothy lets on that she knows who Heero is.

Meanwhile, Relena finds out that Noin has been building a defense force for the country. Relena is not at all happy with this, given her attempts to make Sank comply with the ideals of Absolute Pacifism. Noin tells Relena that a group of pro-Treize troops have been chased into the southern part of the kingdom by Romefeller troops, and that she thought to help them, but Relena has a better idea: declare them to be political refugees and invite them to Sank, where they won't be attacked because, as Relena tells Noin, "there's no fighting here."

The leader of the pro-Treize troops, who *is* thinking clearly, sees his situation for what it is: Romefeller's excuse for attacking Sank. He guesses (correctly) that Romefeller will claim that the troops are a danger to the kingdom and attack them as a cover for invading the capital. Because of this, the troop leader declines Relena's offer of refugee status, planning instead to either make his escape or destroying their mechs before Romefeller troops arrive. Relena, of course, ignores this and sends a message to a nearby Romefeller squadron leader that she has taken in the troops as political refugees and therefore, they must not be attacked. The leader tells her that *he* heard the pro-Treize will attack the city, so he's going to attack them first. After their conversation, Relena gets angry and tells Pargan that she's going off to the battlefield, "to stop them" herself. She meets Dorothy, also headed to the battlefield and they go there together in Dorothy's huge gold limousine.

The two girls are about to arrive at the location when a disabled mobile suit almost lands on their car. Luckily Heero is there to blast the pieces of the falling suit to oblivion before they hit the car. Relena gets out and stares at Wing significantly.

After the battle is over, Relena is standing in front of Noin's mobile suits and the pilots (Noin, Heero, and Quatre.) Heero tells her he's leaving, having paid his debt to her by saving her life. That's not good enough for Relena, who then asks what he will do for the Sank Kingdom. He replies he will fight, just as Noin will. Relena then gives Noin and Heero her "blessing" to keep fighting. The last thing we see is Dorothy, slumped over the steering wheel of the limousine, beginning to laugh. She remarks that Relena is as strong as Heero and says that's why she admires Relena.
