Gundam Wing Episode 38

White Fang and Romefeller continue to battle in space. Wu Fei, who now holds any organization fighting in outer space as accountable for his colony's destruction, attacks both sides. Noin, who approaches him in a shuttle, asks him to join her in the fight against Romefeller, but her refuses saying he takes orders from no one.

Duo visits one of the Winner resource satellites and finds Quatre, telling him that he has seen Trowa alive. Quatre's eyes go all shimmery. So he heads for the circus and finds Trowa, but Cathrine appears and won't let him near her "little borther."

On Earth, Relena is getting her "Queen clothing" on, with at least four maids to help, and is preparing to give her debut speech as representative of the Romefeller Foundation.

In Space, White Fang and Romefeller bring their battles near the colony on which the circus is staying. The suits actually descend to the colony itself and everyone is panicking. Quatre pleads with Trowa to come with him and fight, but Cathrine says he won't. Trowa gets one of his many seizure headaches and then decides to go off after Quatre. He steals an enemy mobile suit and takes off, with a tearful Cathrine watching him go. The fighting prompts Duo to visit D-Hell and he wonders if he should go back and fight with the others.

Relena addresses the world as the representative of the Romefeller Foundation. She believes that all countries should dissolve their borders and that this will spur the development of a one-world nation. This would serve to unify the Earth and to eliminate the reasons she seems to think they are fighting (nationalism.) Both Treize and Heero are seen to note this and have skeptical looks on their faces.
