I will fight. You can't take me! 27/11/2005...9.52pm

Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron Soundtrack Lyrics

Artist: Bryan Adams Lyrics
Song: You Can't Take Me Lyrics

Got to fight another fight - I gotta run another night
Get it out - check it out
I'm on my way and I don't feel right
I gotta get me back - I can't be beat and that's a fact
It's OK - I'll find a way
You ain't gonna take me down no way
Don't judge a thing until you know what's inside it
Dont' push me - I'll fight it
Never gonna give in - never gonna give it up no
If you can't catch a wave then your'e never gonna ride
You can't come uninvited
Never gonna give in - never gonna give up no
You can't take me I'm free

Why did it all go wrong? - I wanna know what's going on
And what's this holding me?
I'm not where I supposed to be
I gotta fight another fight
I gotta fight will all my might
I'm getting out , so check it out
Ya, you're in my way
So you better watch out

My Music Personality

I'm a O84-C4-E53-A17-N49 Big Five!!

I'm 54% freak!!

Check out my Morality! 45% liberal, 55% conservative

Check out my blirtatiousness!

My temperament is: Idealist
Idealists, as a temperament, are passionately concerned with personal growth and development. Idealists strive to discover who they are and how they can become their best possible self -- always this quest for self-knowledge and self-improvement drives their imagination. And they want to help others make the journey. Idealists are naturally drawn to working with people, and whether in education or counseling, in social services or personnel work, in journalism or the ministry, they are gifted at helping others find their way in life, often inspiring them to grow as individuals and to fulfill their potentials.

Idealists are sure that friendly cooperation is the best way for people to achieve their goals. Conflict and confrontation upset them because they seem to put up angry barriers between people. Idealists dream of creating harmonious, even caring personal relations, and they have a unique talent for helping people get along with each other and work together for the good of all. Such interpersonal harmony might be a romantic ideal, but then Idealists are incurable romantics who prefer to focus on what might be, rather than what is. The real, practical world is only a starting place for Idealists; they believe that life is filled with possibilities waiting to be realized, rich with meanings calling out to be understood. This idea of a mystical or spiritual dimension to life, the "not visible" or the "not yet" that can only be known through intuition or by a leap of faith, is far more important to Idealists than the world of material things.

Highly ethical in their actions, Idealists hold themselves to a strict standard of personal integrity. They must be true to themselves and to others, and they can be quite hard on themselves when they are dishonest, or when they are false or insincere. More often, however, Idealists are the very soul of kindness. Particularly in their personal relationships, Idealists are without question filled with love and good will. They believe in giving of themselves to help others; they cherish a few warm, sensitive friendships; they strive for a special rapport with their children; and in marriage they wish to find a "soulmate," someone with whom they can bond emotionally and spiritually, sharing their deepest feelings and their complex inner worlds.

Idealists are rare, making up between 20 and 25 percent of the population. But their ability to inspire people with their enthusiasm and their idealism has given them influence far beyond their numbers.

Idealist™ Portrait of the Healer (INFP)

Healers present a calm and serene face to the world, and can seem shy, even distant around others. But inside they're anything but serene, having a capacity for personal caring rarely found in the other types. Healers care deeply about the inner life of a few special persons, or about a favorite cause in the world at large. And their great passion is to heal the conflicts that trouble individuals, or that divide groups, and thus to bring wholeness, or health, to themselves, their loved ones, and their community.

Healers have a profound sense of idealism that comes from a strong personal sense of right and wrong. They conceive of the world as an ethical, honorable place, full of wondrous possibilities and potential goods. In fact, to understand Healers, we must understand that their deep commitment to the positive and the good is almost boundless and selfless, inspiring them to make extraordinary sacrifices for someone or something they believe in. Set off from the rest of humanity by their privacy and scarcity (around one percent of the population), Healers can feel even more isolated in the purity of their idealism.

Also, Healers might well feel a sense of separation because of their often misunderstood childhood. Healers live a fantasy-filled childhood-they are the prince or princess of fairy tales-an attitude which, sadly, is frowned upon, or even punished, by many parents. With parents who want them to get their head out of the clouds, Healers begin to believe they are bad to be so fanciful, so dreamy, and can come to see themselves as ugly ducklings. In truth, they are quite OK just as they are, only different from most others-swans reared in a family of ducks.

At work, Healers are adaptable, welcome new ideas and new information, are patient with complicated situations, but impatient with routine details. Healers are keenly aware of people and their feelings, and relate well with most others. Because of their deep-seated reserve, however, they can work quite happily alone. When making decisions, Healers follow their heart not their head, which means they can make errors of fact, but seldom of feeling. They have a natural interest in scholarly activities and demonstrate, like the other Idealists, a remarkable facility with language. They have a gift for interpreting stories, as well as for creating them, and thus often write in lyric, poetic fashion. Frequently they hear a call to go forth into the world and help others, a call they seem ready to answer, even if they must sacrifice their own comfort.

Idealist™ Portrait of the Champion (ENFP)

Like the other Idealists, Champions are rather rare, say two or three percent of the population, but even more than the others they consider intense emotional experiences as being vital to a full life. Champions have a wide range and variety of emotions, and a great passion for novelty. They see life as an exciting drama, pregnant with possibilities for both good and evil, and they want to experience all the meaningful events and fascinating people in the world. The most outgoing of the Idealists, Champions often can't wait to tell others of their extraordinary experiences. Champions can be tireless in talking with others, like fountains that bubble and splash, spilling over their own words to get it all out. And usually this is not simple storytelling; Champions often speak (or write) in the hope of revealing some truth about human experience, or of motivating others with their powerful convictions. Their strong drive to speak out on issues and events, along with their boundless enthusiasm and natural talent with language, makes them the most vivacious and inspiring of all the types.

Fiercely individualistic, Champions strive toward a kind of personal authenticity, and this intention always to be themselves is usually quite attractive to others. At the same time, Champions have outstanding intuitive powers and can tell what is going on inside of others, reading hidden emotions and giving special significance to words or actions. In fact, Champions are constantly scanning the social environment, and no intriguing character or silent motive is likely to escape their attention. Far more than the other Idealists, Champions are keen and probing observers of the people around them, and are capable of intense concentration on another individual. Their attention is rarely passive or casual. On the contrary, Champions tend to be extra sensitive and alert, always ready for emergencies, always on the lookout for what's possible.

Champions are good with people and usually have a wide range of personal relationships. They are warm and full of energy with their friends. They are likable and at ease with colleagues, and handle their employees or students with great skill. They are good in public and on the telephone, and are so spontaneous and dramatic that others love to be in their company. Champions are positive, exuberant people, and often their confidence in the goodness of life and of human nature makes good things happen.

The INFP/ENFP thing is the Myers-Brigg psychological personality test I took on other sites. Got both results, so I just put both in. Rather true, to a large extent. The Myers-Brigg test can be taken here http://www.haleonline.com/psych/ or here http://www.humanmetrics.com/cgi-win/JTypes2.asp

PURPLE
PURPLE - regal, snobby, popular, aloof, sarcastic
and responsible

Which colour represents you?

GREEN
GREEN - natural, friendly, calming, caring, flowing
and fun

Which colour represents you?
brought to you by Quizilla

Took the test twice...wonder whether the snobby part is true...hehehe...
Overall it was a pretty interesting week. Lotsa stuff happened. I'm sure my cousin jeremy was also very hyped over what happened at his house. hahahaha...man, what an adrenaline rush. Crime is really on the rise now. So people watch your backs and your minds.

anger
Quote:I smile and laugh but on the inside Im
screaming

You hide anger. People have treated you badly and
you can't hold it in any longer. So you became
quite bitter. People don't understand you and
don't want to. They always leave you out and
ignore you. Everything seems to add to your
anger. But despite this you don't show it. You
don't want people to see you that way, they
would hate you even more. You probably keep
quiet and maybe have intervals where you have a
sudden breakdown. People may find you wierd or
crazy but you don't really care anymore. They
always do this to you. You probably are
starting to show your anger bits by bits to the
world. Don't let it control you. You can get
passed it if you try. Consider that the people
who hate you or are mean to you are not good
enough for you. You deserve better. And one day
someone will come along and will be better.
Remember people aren't all mean.

Ultimately, that's only true till a certain extent. I still love my friends, no matter what they did to me!!! Probably that's why I get disappointed most of the time, but I'm hopeful.

*Just an update...
English was horrible. I came up with another essay, you guys can view it on the my livejournal. Link is the full heart-shape on the 2nd line at my navigation. My original one was rather, how do you put it, gruesome. I had these two sentences in it. Fabricated it up a little. "Apparently, they could not keep their hands off each other." and the other was "I think father was very happy on that day, for it was the same day my eldest brother was conceived." These two sentences. Will it blow up my whole essay? I surely hope not. Ah shux, it's over and done with. Not time for regrets. Damn, so feel like wallowing in self-pity and ice-cream.

Colours 10/11/2005...11.37pm

My room is pink!!!!! Looks rather dull, and so extra girly. EEEWWW!!! Oh well, it still looks nice. But it's PINK! I don't really favour pink that much. Prefer Blue or green or purple. I find that a lot of my clothes are becoming pink as well. I have a feeling mom and dad are trying to feminise me, if that is ever a word. Feminise me. HAH! As if they can...lolx...I'm girl enough, yeah? Other colours I'm fine with it, just never pink. Pics of it will be up soon. after exams.

Back 6/11/2005...3.39pm

List of things 2/11/2005...7.23pm

1)
Leeched this from aiai's blog, but it tells people what i want to be done. i think only a couple of you would understand this point.

2) Computer crashed, so glad got wireless, so using dad's laptop. but can't use for long either. cause parents would surely hate it and this privilege would be taken off.

3) cannot rp, sighs...

4) parents digging down their claws and breathing down my neck now. can't do much...sigh again thank you.

5) a certain mister benjamin chen woke me up with an sms at 6am in the morning today. 6AM MY GOODNESS!!!!! what a wonderful sleep i had before he interrupted it. slight drizzle, making it cool, had my air-con on, with my cervical pillow, star beanie, bolster, quilt that my maternal grandma made by patching, and most of all, with my blue minnie the rabbit that my elder brother gave to me when i was 3 years old and also my smelly pillow which again my maternal grandma gave to me.

6) *points to aiai* go look at my fictionpress profile http://fictionpress.com/~V0xLoS and look for this historical story called "sinful desires" under favs. check out authors as well. rather good story, frustrating, love and hate the ending. not a tragedy. happy ending but it gave me the feeling of unresolved ends. sighs....

7) my fav number, and mosquitoes are streaming in by the bleedin' door daddy never closed when he went out of my room, *scampers to close it*

8) had my most painful experience today with the time of the month. girls should know what i'm talking about. so freakin' painful! argh! going to rant about how guys these days must understand girls and their problems because we suffer for them just for their pleasure (and of course ours as well, just that i'm not going go into that) and their future (ours as well, but as said, not going to go into that)!!!!!

9) came across this quote, found it so funny. wonder whether anyone of you out there believes in this or at least agree with it to a certain point, even though you really do not wish it to be so?

There are times when even a dedicated feminist needs a chauvinist to lean on
by Clive Cussler 'Vixen' 1978

another quote i found funny was this
Women speak because they wish to speak, whereas a man speaks only when driven to speech by something outside himself - like, for instance, he can't find any clean socks.
by Jean Kerr 'How to talk to a man,' The Snake has all the lines (1960)
