Do you like to write poems or short stories, or like to create art such as
cartoons or drawings?
Do you have any thoughts that relate to teen life in general?
Would you like see your name in print?
Have you ever wished there was a book written by teens, for teens?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then Tales of the Teenage
Heroes might be just your kind of thing. Hi, our names are Laura and Emily
and we are compiling a book of literature and art by teenagers. It's called
Tales of the Teenage Heroes (TOTTH for short). We are looking for submissions
of writing--short stories, poems, essays, etc.-- and art--cartoons, drawings,
photography, etc. (If you have a scanner, you can scan art and email it. For
now, we don't have another way for art to be sent. Sorry!) Send submissions

- Submissions will be judged on a basis of quality and originality.
- The (tentative) deadline for all works to be submitted is March 15, the ides of March, 2002. After that, we will notify anyone who's work we select.
- Send only work that is your own and give appropriate credit if needed. Do not send plagiarized work as a joke--it isn't funny. Thanks.
