Dear Journal,
Well, I guess what I've expected with Hiro is so totally wrong. We've been going out for almost a month and he
hasn't pushed anything on me. I can't say that I love him, but I guess it's ok to say that I really care for him. He's just
a great guy. I love spending time with him because he such a fun person. I can almost hear his projecting voice right
now. I can't believe this, I'm all giggly. I've gotten like this over a guy in a long time. Then again, it's been a long
time since I've really gone out with anyone in quite some time.
I can't wait for us to go to the Cherry Blossom festival. All the pink blossoms everywhere is pretty. Today is going
to be so fun!
Signed Shiori Hayami (i'd think by now that you'd know who I am!)

Touma walked outside towards the closest park. The pink blossoms flew all over the sidewalk. He was supposed to
meet Satsuke for a walk in the park during the ever popular Cherry Blossom festival. He looked all around the
blizzard of pink blossoms in the wind. He was looking towards the trees planted across the steet, and as soon as he
knew it, he was on the ground.
"Hey, why don't you watch where you're going?" a loud carrying voice yelled. Touma looked up and noticed a tall
strong figure. The sun at this person's back made him seem black, so Touma squinted to see who it was. The voice
sounded familiar. He got up and looked this guy eye to eye. It was Hiro.
"I'm sorry about; I just got a little distracted by all the blossoms coming from across the street over there," Touma
said looking at him.
"Well, don't get so into it next time," Hiro said walking past him in a hurry. Touma just walked on as he watched
Hiro run to this apartment. He ran the bell and waited nervously. The door opened and he noticed Shiroi Hayami,
the girl that sat behind him in class and that he also liked alot (secretly, of course) come out of the door. Touma was
looking back as he was walking towards the park.
"I thought I heard your voice just a minuate ago," Shiroi asked looking up at Hiro.
"Oh yeah, some guy wasn't watching where he was going and he ran into me. Nothing big," Hiro said walking down
the stairs while Shiori stalled at the top. She looked to the side and noticed a blue mop top looking over at her.
Touma noticed he turning and looking at him and he quickly turned away. Hiro turns to his side to see Shiori still at
the top of the stairs. "Are you coming or what?" Hiro turned to her and asked.
"Oh, yeah. I'm coming, I just thought I saw something," Shiori said walking down the steps. She went in the same
little red convertable that she'd been in so many times before. They turned out of the parking space and drove away
towards the park.
Touma heard a loud engine behind him get louder and louder. He turned around to see a little red Meada speed
with Hiro driving. He also noticed Shiori in the passenger seat.
"I can't belive that they're still together. I can't believe she'd stay ith someone as selfish and just as plain mean as he
is," Touma said to himself when he saw the car pass by. He turned the corner and went in the first building to pick
up Satsuke. "Satuske it's me, you ready??" he buzzed up to her apartment. He heard a beep and the large doors to
the building opened. He went up to the 15th floor, apartment 15B, Satsuke's apartment. Much like him, Satuske lived
alone most of the time. Both of her parents worked and hardly spent time with her. Touma knocked on the door and
to his surprise, it opened on the second knock. He looked in and didn't notice Satuske. "Satuske?? You there??"
"Yeah, um, I'll be a minuate, just sit down, do whatever," she yelled from her room. Touma walked over to the couch
and sat by the end of it. Satsuke came out of her bedroom as soon as Touma sat down completely. She took a look at
him and noticed the sorrowful look on his face. "Touma, what's wrong??"
"It's nothing, you wouldn't understand," Touma said looking the other way out the window.
"What do you mean I won't understand?? I understand more than you think I do, unless it's math. Judging you I'm
not sure if you wouldn't be thinking of some kind of math-like thing," she said putting her hand on his shoulder.
"It's not math," he said. Satuske sighed and then just looked back at him, expecting him to say something. "It's about
a girl."
"Well, then, I'm expert at that, cause I am a girl!"Satsuke said sounding anxious to help her friend.
"It has to do with Shiori. Well, you know that I like her alot, and well, I think that I should tell her about what kind of
a person Hiro is. She can do so much better," Touma said looking out the window.
"Like you, right?" Satsuke asked.
"Well, I guess. Anyone better. But it's just that she dosen't even know that I exsist and probably never will. I'm just
too shy," Touma said getting softer.
"Touma, I can't tell you who you can and can't like, I've tried. If you like her, you're going to have to face that she is
probably one of the kind of people to go for the Hiro type. You know those kinds, good looking and selfish. If you like
her so much, just try talking to her, I can't promise anything, but I don't like to see you like this," Satsuke said to him
sitting down on the arm of the couch closest to him. "Well, shall we get going??" Toma nodded and they headed out
to the park for a nice friendly walk in the blossoms.

Hiro and Shiori sat down under a full blossoming tree. There were already several blossoms on the the ground.
Shiori sat next to Hiro with her arm around his and leaning on him. Both of them had pink blossoms on their head
and shoulders. Shiori could feel them fall and hit her, so she brushed them off her shoulders and combed them out of
her hair.
Touma and Satsuke walked into the park and noticed a very romantic theme. There were so many couples with their
arms around each other, gazing into each other's eyes. Touma looked at Satsuke and blushed slightly remembering
those few times when they were like that, but most of the time they spent fighting. Both Satsuke and Touma are very
emotional people. They both get upset easily, so it was very easy for them to get into many meaningless fights.
Touma looked down at his sides nad noticed Shiori and Hiro were just a bit in front of them. He tried to look
forword and keep his attention ahead. He walked past Shiori keeping his head forword despite the fact that Satsuke
was talking his ear off.
Shiori looked up briefly to see Touma walking by staring straight forword.
"I keep on seeing him. I don't think he's following me, but it's really weird. He looks so familiar, but I just can't
remember where it's from. I'm most certian it from school," Shiori said to herself while watching him walk by.
"Shiori," Hiro said to her with no response. "Shiori," she turned and looked at him. "I need to go to the car and get
something that I just remembered that I forgot to get. I'll be back in five minuates, it's probably a madhouse out
there." Shiori just nodded as Hiro ran off.
Touma saw Hiro leave Shiori out of the corner of his eyes and had a suspicious feeling. He watched as he headed
toward the parking lot.
"Satsuke, I need to go see something, do you mind if you wait here for a few minuates," Touma said stairing at the
hurried Hiro.
"What's is about Touma??"
"I have this feeling about that Hiro guy. I just saw him leave Shiori," Touma said trying not to loose sight of him.
"Touma, don't stick your nose in," Satuske said trying to stop him, but it didn't work. Touma was off walking quickly
after Hiro. "That boy is going to get himself into trouble if Hiro sees him," Satuke said to herself.

Touma got right behind a tree that stood right by the parking lot. He saw Hiro go past his car and head for a girl
that was standing nearby. She was short but thin and very pretty. Touma knew who she was. He looked closely and
saw that it was Yukiko. Hiro got right behind and put his arms around her. He whispered in her ear and she giggled
at what he had to say. He loosened his grip on her so she could turn around to face him. He then leaned down and
kissed her. Then he started to talk to her for a few seconds. Touma could vaguely hear it but he thought he heard
that he couldn't wait to dump this girl he was going out with now so that he could spend more time with her. Hiro
then left quickly.
Touma looked on in shock as Hiro went back to see Shiori. He couldn't believe what he just saw. He didn't
understand how someone can just walk all over another person, and that they could put on this facade of kindliness
to them. He knew Shiori didn't deserve to be treated like this, but he had no idea what to do.
Hiro got back to Shiori and gave her a little kiss on the forehead and pulled out a pink box. She opened it and saw a
gorgeous necklace. She bit her bottom lip and looked at Hiro.
"It's beautiful," she said slightly muted. She quickly gave Hiro a kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck.
Touma just looked at the sad scene, in his eyes. He felt so bad for this girl although she is cheating with her friend's
boyfriend. He just didn't want to see what will happen when Hiro tells of his true intentions. He could say something,
but how?
