YOUR MIND

BODILY COVERAGE Two plys are recommended. The inner part should render warmth. Long sleeves should be put outside as to prevent thorns, insect-bites, wounds and itchings.

FOOD Forest trekking should practise simple food, especially vegetables. You know ? The forest is full of vegetables. You are allowed to convey instant foods, if needed.

SLEEPING Simple sleeping is also needed as well as food. No happiness could be seen in the forest. Sometimes, you have to sleep in the cave or around the fire pile.

YOUR PERSONAL NECESSITIES Don't forget your daily medicines. Cigarettes and also ........... should be prepared.

HOW IS YOUR MIND Mind is very essential for forest trekking. Bodily strength is second to mind or will power. Will power leads to better forest trekking.
