You must use the same deck through out the Tournament.
All decks have to have 60 cards.(Decks will be checked)
All decks will be selected before they are checked by me.
Japaness cards all allowed, but they can only be from the sets of Base Set to Neo Genesis set.
You must play by the Pokemon Trading Card game rules.
No Challenges can be used during a tournament battle.
Once you begin the match, you can't get up and do something else.(Other than going to the Bathroom.)
If someone has to leave the tournament and they won at least one battle, All of those people who lost to that person, may enter back into the tournament. If thy have no one to battle for that round, they wait for the next round.
