MAGIC SAUCE

Magic Sauce, consisting of Jason Klein, Kelly Allocco, and Jason Wilkes, is a fusion of dance music combined with classic opera vocals. While having to endure his friends' traditional Catholic weddings, the mastermind behind Magic Sauce, Jason Klein, became enlightened by the Ave Maria and its beautiful organ melody. What about a dance club version of Franz Schubert's Ave Maria?

Klein, a local Miami producer / keyboardist whose remix credits include Mariah Carey, Christian Castro, Ricky Martin, and Earth Wind & Fire, joined forces with a professional opera singer named Kelly Allocco and the crazy idea began to work. Jason Klein was partnered with DJ Grego of Mans At Work Productions for 3 years, which was his first big exposure into the dance market.

Kelly Allocco performs with the Florida Grand Opera as a leading chorus soprano and often sings at professional sporting and special events. She has been in over 35 mainstage productions including Faust, Madame Butterfly, La Boheme, and Boris Godunova.

Klein enlisted Jason Wilkes to mix, edit and co-produce the dance versions. Wilkes is a local Miami engineer / producer whose credits include Lenny Kravitz, Chayanne, Julio Iglesias, and Lou Bega.

Remixes of the Ave Maria include lounge versions by Monster Taxi and Fansplastic, along with the latin tribal house by DJ Cubanito a.k.a. Alex Carmenates, a Grammy nominated remixer who also writes a column for DMA Magazine.

The music is currently in the promo stage. The label is called Toy Robot Records and is licensing now. Fred Held is handling promotions.
