These cards were available in New Zealand in Bluebird snacks multi bag packets between 1999 and 2000.
They were numbered 01-30 and
were available in 12 (containing 2 cards) and 18 (containing 3 cards) multi-packs
of chips and corn snacks.
They are the large sized cards
from Bluebird at approx. 63mm x 82mm.
They featured a picture, name
and number on the front and the backs had a glow in the dark image with
a lightsaber boarder.
(Obviously the glow image doesn't
show up in a scan as it is the same colouras the background so only
one back is shown below).
