• Plan Early-- Though not required, it makes it so much easier when you call at least 2 hours in advance. The notice allows me time to set my schedule around you or arrange a suitable alternative should I be unavailable. An alternative  will only be supplied after speaking with you and getting your approval.  I will not "bait & switch". If you have seen me in the past you know of my reputation for honesty, quality and discretion.
