Director : Rob Pearce has been involved with the events industry since 1992. Self-taught, Rob has gained many skills in the industry. A member of the Wellington crew, Rob saw an opportunity to be part of a new progressive organization.

Rob has been building the crewing side of the organization, which has seen new levels of presentation and standards achieved by event personnel in the North Island. A fearless climber with a knack of being able to build the impossible with nothing, Rob has revealed a natural talent for production and has become the operations manager for the company.
