Holly Thompson is the head of the Anti-Cancer Drug Division of Biogene Pharmaceuticals. She is meticulous, detailed, and obsessively neat and organized. She will allow nothing to interfere with her work, preferring to work in a lab more often than her office. As such, she demands excellence from some of her employees. While perfectionism has proven frustrating to her subordinates, her skill and the funds she brings into Biogene have made her invaluable to the CEO, LaRissa Napier.
