NOTES
¹   Pillman defeated Richard Morton in a tournament final to crown the first champ.
²   Armstrong was stripped of the title in 1992 because he didn't defend it.  A tournament was scheduled for earlier 1993, but it never took place and the title lay vacant until 1996 when Shinjiro Otani defeated Chris Benoit in a tournament for the title.
³   Malenko forfeited the title to Jericho after Jericho appealled Malenko's win.  A Cruiserweight battle royal had been held with the winner going on to fight Jericho later in the card.  Malenko won the battle royal, wearing a mask.  He went on to defeat Jericho later but because Jericho didn't sign a contract to face Malenko, he won his appeal and got the title back.
⁴   Psychosis pinned Blitzkreig, winning Mysterio's title, in a four corners match which also included Mysterio and Juventud Guerrera.
⁵  Psychosis was announced as the champion after Lenny Lane was taken off of the air by WCW.
⁶  The Artist defeated Lash LeRoux in the finals of a tournament to determine the new champion.
⁷  On 4-10-00, Vince Russo and Eric Bischoff vacated all titles.  Candido won a six way dance, also including The Artist, Juventud Guerrera, Crowbar, Shannon More & Lash LeRoux.
⁸  Candido and Tammy put the Cruiserweight Title on the line in a tag match against any other couple.  Daffney pinned Tammy creating confusion as to who was the champion, Daffney or Crowbar.  Daffney defeated Crowbar in a saingles match a week later to become champion.
⁹  Storm gave the title to Elec Skipper, who was part of the same Canadian faction as Storm.
