NOTES
1 Youngblood defeated Dick Slater in the finals
of a tournament to crown the first champ. Slater's US Title was not
on the line.
2 Double A came out on top of Wahoo McDaniel
in the finals of a tournament to crown the new TV champ. Rhodes was
forced to vacate the title when he couldn't defend it due to injury.
3 Sting's title was held up after Sting controversially
defeated Muta. A rematch was declared for the title.
4 Paul Orndorff defeated Erik Watts in a tournament
final to determine the new champ after Steiner vacated the title when he
left for the WWF.
5 Booker T was unable to defend the title due
to injury, so his brother, Stevie Ray, defended it for him.
6 Hall threw the title into the garbage.
Duggan, the "janitor" picked it out and declaired himself the champion.
