NOTES
Youngblood defeated Dick Slater in the finals of a tournament to crown the first champ.  Slater's US Title was not on the line.
Double A came out on top of Wahoo McDaniel in the finals of a tournament to crown the new TV champ.  Rhodes was forced to vacate the title when he couldn't defend it due to injury.
Sting's title was held up after Sting controversially defeated Muta.  A rematch was declared for the title.
Paul Orndorff defeated Erik Watts in a tournament final to determine the new champ after Steiner vacated the title when he left for the WWF.
Booker T was unable to defend the title due to injury, so his brother, Stevie Ray, defended it for him.
Hall threw the title into the garbage.  Duggan, the "janitor" picked it out and declaired himself the champion.
