4  Dean Douglas was handed the title when Shawn Michaels could not defend the title because of an injury.
5  Razor Ramon challenged Douglas to a match the same night Douglas won the title.  Razor came out on top.
6  Title was held up after the match because of a controversial win by Savio Vega.  Savio and Goldust had a remath later that night with Goldust coming out on top.
7  Johnson had to vacate the title because of an injury caused by Faarooq.  A tournament was held for the vacant strap with Mero defeating Faarooq in the final.
