When I graduated I joined the U.S.Navy and went to San Diego CA. from there I travelled the country and seen a lot of the wonders that are out there. I have often pondered over the mysteries of life such as Did we really go to the moon? Are there other life forms out there? God or Aliens? Is there life after death? Did I really put fruit cans in my hair?
I am the survivor of tornadoes, earthquakes, a flood and 3 disastrous marriages. I have 2 wonderful children who are married and I have grandchildren.
I am still pondering now of my retirement. Who knew I would make it this long? No one I know. Everyone thought I would be long gone with the jumping out of airplanes and mountain climbing etc etc etc. Now the question is at 52 is how do I want to spend my retirement and how to accomplish it once I figure it out. Live on a houseboat or live in mexico and try to live off the minimal social security. Try and work at one job long enough to get a 401k.
I am single at this point and am about to venture yet another move to Nevada. If that doesn't work then its Corpus Christie, Texas. I am not really looking for a relationship but if it happens that would be a plus.
You just never know whats around that corner unless you go for it.
