Why doesn't God just create the people He knows will go to heaven? My Answer, as revealed to me: Because the Bible says numerous times in the New and Old Testaments, that God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34). I believe He knew each one of us 'before the foundation of the world' (Ephesians 1:4). Therefore, His plan was that we all be born like Adam. Except Adam messed up and by his offence death reigned (Rom 5:17). Ever since we have all sinned (Rom 3:23). God still must give us all a chance because He is not a respecter of persons.
