Good job. You made it through a difficult day at practice, but not that
difficult. Today will be much harder. Coach says that he wants us to be
in top shape for the meet in two weeks. He is going to run you to
death. Coach says you're going to run aerobic quarters. If you don't
know what those are, they are timed laps around the track. This is a
very intense workout.
After the fifth one you start to feel
sick.
After the tenth one, coach says that you'd had enough for one day. Do
some cool down stretching and you can go home.
