I went to go see Tracksuit play yesterday at thier UofT Frosh show. It rocked. Nice mix of covers (which the boys played great) and some new songs I havn't heard yet, which just makes me want the new CD even more. Unlike otherwize planned I did not end up getting a camcorder :(, but i did get lots of pics and even let the boys take a few (I'll prolly regret that later). I made myself usefull at the show by handing out Tracksuit CD's, which was a much better idea that paul chucking them into the croud. All in all it was a great show, and I had a great time hanging out with Tracksuit.
The Boyz are at it again. They've been recording some new songs and re-recording some older songs in Garrett's Basement. The best part??? Basement Recording Cam It's all live to the the internet. They also have a Diary going on to keep up with the progress of the recordings. Goodluck boyz, and i can't wait to hear the new tracks!
***note on a previous newspost. I AM infact going to see tracksuit September 5th at SUDS on the University of Toronto campus. I'm going to bring a camcorder to record the show and possibly catch some crazy antics. Im looking forward to that immensly.
The Official Tracksuit Fanclub has a whole new website. Updated becuase the old one was ugly and out of date. I know everyone will agree with me when i say that this new site is much much nicer. :)
I have been informed that this site, the Official Tracksuit Fanclub, is the only Tracksuit Fanclub. Some of you may recall the strange affair of the "other" tracksuit fanclub which claimed to be the offical one, and the series of posts and such regarding a possible merger of the two fanclubs, into one "ultimate" fanclub. But this is not needed since the other fanclub decided to back down, since Joe left the group. (since the webmaster was his cousin). So now everyone can rest assured that our Fanclub is the one, only and best Tracksuit Fanclub there is :)
