Game 9: Maybe I'll Just Talk About My Trip to Virginia
If we keep playing as well as we did in this game, perhaps our name should change to the "Fighting Gobblers!"

You Turkeys!

I hear game 9 went so well, that I'll forgo the witty game summary and talk about my trip.  Went down to Blacksburg Virginia, Home of Virginia Tech....The Hokies, and Yes, the love their Hokies down there. The also seem to love the Canadians too as Steve and I have already secured a place to stay when we ever go back!

Well I drank every night, on the cheap (love drinkin 32 oz drafts for 2 bucks, even if there was no alcohol in them). Spent two nights at the Hokie House..a fine Bar Y'all should look it up if your ever in Blacksburg. Tell 'em Ron sent you. Oh yeah, if you're ever down there, count on Drinking the Entire town under the Table..Even 6-Pack Jack would put these southerners to shame.

The next night we spent at "The Cellar" watchin' a Johnny Cash cover band, and some hard core Honky-Tonk. we befriended "The Boy Named Sue" and he directed us out of town to a fine Saddlery shop where Captain Ron purchased a fine "Genuine Imitation" Snakeskin Belt and great big WWF style belt buckle. Wearing this I quickly became the envy of all the locals, and inconspicuously walked amongst them.

Apparently they also hold conferences in Virginia, some USCTAM thing if the rumours turn out to be true.
