Notes:
Van-L list member Age Jager notes that track 1 is not from this show and has poor sound quality. However Ivo De Loo writes to assure me that "this is wrong. I have the original tapes of the concert, recorded live when it was broadcasted simultaneously on radio and tv, and "It's All In The Game" WAS the first song played there, in this exact same version (with Van asking to speed up the proceedings)." So there you have it...
