Notes: The most likely date for this recording is that cited in Howard Dewitt's
The Mystic's Music, which states that
it was recorded live at the Roxy Theatre, Los Angeles, on November 26, 1978.
This is on multicoloured vinyl, and the record label has an illustration of what
looks like "The Joker" from Batman. Note: there may be variants - the copy scanned
and sent in by Mark, Marty & Dean mentions "Tune Wizard Records" on the inner
sleeve...
