Art Siegel reckons that this is actually excerpted from the KBFH broadcast, October 21, 1979, Berkeley Community Theatre. Michael Burns reports that Hot Wax lists the following for this boot: "Berkeley University, 1979 Nelly MW II A/B limited to 70 copies". Presumably this is the same boot from a different manufacturer.
