Review by Chris Stapleton:
A string of big names appeared at Peter Gabriel's West Country studio
for his 1991-'92 recording weeks-and this album contains the best
moments. Some of them, including a superb version of "She Moved
Through The Fair" from Jam Nation, have featured on previous Real
World releases. Others have not. Outright winners include Van
Morrison and The Holmes Brothers on "That's Where It's At" and an
East-North excursion from Mari Boine and Liu Sola. A percussive
stomper from Toto La Momposina, Karl Wallinger singing Yeats, reggae
from Lucky Dube and a cracking "Find Myself" from producer Rupert Hine
add further gloss to an outstanding compilation.
