Glossary entry for
snowball

A snowball is a kind of sweet bun covered with coconut. When [Van list member Will Irwin] was at high (grammer) school a motorised van used to show up just outside the gates every morning at 11:00am break time, and a disorderly mob used to besiege it to buy snowballs.
