DH2 - Costumes and Prop Building Tutorials - Another great site with info and tutorials.  Learn how to make Storm trooper costumes, sand people, etc.  A+ Great Site.

Lightsabers from the Big Yellow Box - A sometimes hard site to reach (due to bandwidth restrictions).  But a great place to find tutorials to get your "feet wet" at saber construction.

KL's OOHYEAH Collection (Star Wars and Others) - This is an amazing collection of Sabers.  Great place to find reference photos too.

Replica Props Forums - Another board to find info on a variety of props, including lightsabers.
