Rnd 3: 1 sc in next; 2 sc in next, repeat around, join with sl st in first sc (18 sc).
Rnd 4: 1 sc in next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, repeat around, join with sl st in first sc. (24)
Rnd 5: 2 sc in next sc, 1 sc in next 3 sc, repeat around, join with sl st in first sc. (30)
Rnd 6: 2 sc in next sc, 1 sc next 4 sc, repeat around, join with sl st in first sc. (36)
Rnd 7: 2 sc in next sc, 1 sc next 5 sc, repeat around, join with sl st in first sc. (42)

Row 3: Sc in ea sc around, fasten off.
Right side of work
Row 1: With black, join in the 4th sc on the right, sc in the same sc, sc in the next 14 sc, Ch 1, turn.
Rows 2-3: Sc in the next 14 sc, Ch 1 turn.
Row 4: Dec 2 sc, sc in each sc, dec the last 2 sc, Ch 1, turn (12)
Row 5: Sc in the next 12 sc, fasten off.
Nose
Row 1: With orange, Ch 7, sl in 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch across, Ch 1, turn.
Row 2: Dc in next 2 sc, 1 hdc in next sc, sc in next sc, sk 1 sc, sl st in last sc, Ch 4, sl in 2nd ch from hook, sl st into the 2nd sc on the base of the nose. Fasten off. Sew to the face.
Flower
With pink, Ch6, join with sl st to form a ring, Ch 5, sl st in same st, sl st the next st, Ch 5, sl st in same st, sl st in next st, fasten off.
