This is a recently published paperback designed to assist the reader towards an understanding of energetic complementary therapies and how to make them work for you. Practices explored include Reiki, Herbal Remedies, Homoeopathy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Acupuncture, Safe to recommend to those who work in the mainstream medical environment.
