The elected members to the board of trustees for the Trails of Liberty
HOA will have regular meetings at least once a quarter. They can also hold special meetings in accordance with the HOA by-laws.
Board meetings are not the same as a general meeting of the HOA. Attendance is not required by residents.
These meetings will generally be announced via the HOA newsletter or by a sign posted in the community. Meetings may also be announced via this web site and by emailing notices to residents.
General meetings where the entire community is invited will be held at least once annually and notification of such meetings will be in accordance with the by-laws and covenants of the Trails of Liberty
