| When the Trails of Liberty was almost finished with development, a volunteer "team" of residents from the community formed to enable the transistion from the developer, Trails of Liberty Ltd., over to the residential control. The team was organized via the solicitation of TOL residents by newsletters that were distributed on a regular basis in the community. The team held periodic meetings to gather information, discuss issues, and to develop a means of making a transistion. The "team" endeavored to keep the TOL community informed of their efforts in the newsletter. On July 29, 2004 there was a community meeting were 5 members of the TOL community were elected to serve as the board for the HOA. This elected board will now take the place of the prior transition team. The board has been organized and is slowly working out the details of running the HOA. Unfortunately in efforts such as this, there are times when some information is inaccurately reported or stories develop that is not accurate. We hope that the establishment of a TOL web page will help facilitate accurate information. |
