Chapter 45

"Hey, you guys! Are you hungry?" Stacey asked as she walked in.

"Yeah," Kevin said. "Janel?"

"Yeah," I said.

"We're just going to order pizzas. Is that okay?" she asked.

"Yep," I said.

"Fine with me," Kevin said.

"Okay. I"ll go order them now, she said as she walked out.

Then Lauren walked in.

"Hi guys," she said.

"Hi Lauren," we said.

"Kevin, do you think I could talk to Janel for a second?" she questioned.

"Sure," he said as we both sat up. He kissed me and then left while closing the door behind him.

"What's up?" I asked as Lauren sat down.

"Janel, are you okay? Is something wrong?" she asked.

"No, why do you ask?" I questioned.

"Well, just the way you were laying here with Kevin. I thought that maybe something was wrong," she said.

"No, not at all. I was just enjoying my time with Kevin. I love him so much and I just wanted to be close to him," I said.

"Are you sure?" she asked.

"Positive," I said.

"What about the nightmares?" she asked.

"No more," I said.

"At all?" she asked.

"No. They've slowly stopped since I confronted Jerry. I mean it's still there in the back of my mind, but I'm not afraid anymore. I have my whole life to look forward to and now I have Kevin to share it with," I said.

"Yeah, I noticed you two lovebirds getting all touchy, feely, and stuff," she said.

"So...," I said smiling.

"He's not forcing you, right?" she asked seriously.

"Calm down Lauren. You don't have to be so paranoid," I said.

"Is he?" she asked.

"No, he's not. He knows when to stop and if not, I'll stop him," I said.

"You wouldn't lie to me?" she asked.

"Lauren!" I exclaimed. "I told you no. Kevin loves me and he would never do anything to hurt me."

"I'm sorry, Janel. I know Kevin's a good guy. I'm just worried about you, that's all," she said.

I hugged her and said, "I'm okay, believe me. You can stop worrying so much about me."

"You know I'm always going to worry about you," she said. "It's my job."

I let go of her and said, "Yeah, but now there's other people to watch out for me and other people to turn to. You're not the only one."

"I know, but I'm basically your sister," she said.

"I know and I'll always turn to you. I just don't want to keep bothering you with my problems," I said.

"Hey, what kind of little sister would you be if you didn't bother me," she said, smiling.

"I guess you're right," I said.

Knock! Knock!

"Yes," I called out.

"Pizza's here!" Stacey said.

"Be there in a sec!" I said.

"Okay," she said.

"So are you convinced that I'm okay now?" I asked.

"Yeah," she said.

"Okay good. Let's go get some pizza. I'm starved," I said as we walked out.

We walked into the kitchen and served ourselves. Then we went into the living room and sat down. I sat next to Kevin while we watched a movie.

After the movie was over we looked around at the guys. Kevin, Howie, and A.J. had laid down and they were all out. We smiled at each other and then quietly got up. We put the pizza away and then we went into Stacey's room.

"Since the guys are sleeping we'll just have our own little slumber party in here," Stacey said.

"Sounds good to me," I said.

"Let's get into our p.j.'s real quick," Lauren said.

"Okay," we replied.

We raced out of Stacey's room and into our own. We quickly grabbed our pajamas and got changed. Then we went back into Stacey's room and closed the door.

We all climbed onto her bed.

"Okay, it's time to do some catching up," Stacey said. "Janel, you go first."

"Okay," I said. "Well, I came down here for you graduation and. . .my things. I'm moving in with Kevin."

"That's wonderful," Stacey said.

"I'm so happy for you," Lauren said.

"What about you Stacey?" I asked.

"After I graduate, I moving in with A.J.," Stacey said.

"Oh, you're both leaving me," Lauren said.

"What?" I asked.

"Well Howie still lives with his parents," Lauren said.

"Oh, that's right," I said.

"So what's the problem?" Stacey asked.

"Well I don't want to live with his parents," Lauren said.

"Are they nice?" I asked. "Have you met them?"

"Yes, I've met them and they're super nice. It's just Howie's mom. She's nice to me, but I'm not sure if she likes me," Lauren said.

"Oh, the whole mom thing," Stacey said, smiling.

"Yep," Lauren said.

"Thank god I had that worked out years ago," I said laughing.

"That's so not fair," Lauren said. "What about you Stacey?"

"Denise is such a sweetheart. I really like her and I'm pretty sure she likes me," Stacey said.

"Well that's good," I said. "So what are you going to do?"

"Well I figured I'd wait until after the holidays, that we're spending with his family. Then I'll decide where our relationship is going," she said.

"That's a good idea," Stacey said. "So Janel, are you going to talk to Rick?"

"Yeah, I have to do that," I said.

"He's going to be sad that you're leaving," Lauren said.

"Yeah, he really likes you," Stacey said.

"I know and I really like him," I said.

"That's not what I mean," Stacey said.

"He's always wanted to go out with you again. He just never had the guts to ask you," Lauren said.

"How do you know?" I asked.

"Because he used to tell me all the time," Lauren said.

"Oh," I said. "Well it's too late now. I love Kevin. I feel bad, but I don't think it was ever meant to be."

"Maybe not," Stacey said.

"He's been a great guy though. Getting you a backstage pass to see Kevin and letting you go no tour with him," Lauren said.

"Yeah, and I love him for that. I'll have to do something special for him before we leave," I said.

"Yeah, so what are we doing before we all leave?" Stacey asked.

"Shopping!" Lauren and I exclaimed.

"Exactly what I was thinking," Stacey said happily.

"I need to go shopping for Kevin and my moms," I said. "Oh yeah, and you two."

"Same here," Stacey said.

"Well we better get some sleep so we can shop until we drop tomorrow," Lauren said.

"Yeah, I'm tired," I said.

"What about the guys?" Stacey asked.

"What about them?" I asked.

"I've got an idea," Stacey said, smiling.

"To do what?" Lauren asked.

"To wake them up," Stacey said.

"Do tell," I said.

"I have a camera," Lauren said, smiling.

"Okay, good," Stacey said.

"No, wait. Keivn brought his camcorder. I can use that," I said.

"Oh, that's even better," Lauren said.

"Okay listen," Stacey said.

Lauren and I moved closer to Stacey to listen to her idea. She quietly told us. Then we began laughing.

"Stacey, the ideas in your head," I said while laughing.

"I don't even want to know why you think of these things," Lauren said, smiling.

"Come on let's go out there," Stacey said.

"Okay let's go get our stuff," I said.

We all got up and got our things that we needed to wake up the guys. Then we walked into the living room where the guys were sleeping with the t.v. still on. We left the t.v. on while we got ready to wake them up.

"Okay, we're done," Stacey said.

We stood up and smiled at our work. Stacey had put handcuffs around the guys' hands. Then Lauren and I put a rope around their feet connecting them together. We also put shaving cream on their faces. I turned on the camcorder and recorded them. Then I gave it to Stacey. Then I went next to Kevin. I put my hands on his belt buckle.

"It's time to answer the burning question, boxers or briefs?" I said.

Then I slowly undid his belt buckle and pulled down his pants.

"Briefs!" I said.

Then Lauren went over to Howie. "Boxers!" she said.

Stacey handed me the camera and then she went to A.J.. "Boxers!" she said.

"Okay, now how are we going to wake them up?" Lauren asked.

"We could get pots and pans or something like that," Stacey suggested.

"How about I scream?" I asked. "You guys know how I scream. That should work, right?"

"Yeah, that would do it," Lauren said.

"Here take the shaving cream and spray it on them when they get up," I said.

"Okay," Stacey said as she picked the cans up.

"Hold on one second," I said as I put the camera on a stand so it would record the whole thing. "Okay."

"1. . .2. . .3, go," Stacey whispered quietly.

"Aaah!" I screamed.

All three guys immediately tried to get up. Kevin tried to stand up, but he fell back down. Then we walked towards them and began spraying shaving cream all over them.

"What the hell?!" A.J. yelled while struggling to get up and get away from the guys.

"What are you guys doing?" Howie asked as he kept his head down so he wouldn't get sprayed.

"Waking you guys up!" Stacey said.

"Ha! Ha! Now untie me or else!" Kevin threatened.

We were standing in the middle of them laughing our asses off at how ridiculous they looked.

"I don't think threatening is going to work, Richardson," I said while laughing.

"Oh yeah," he said. "Guys! Grab them!"

We began to move away from them, but they tripped us. I got up to move away but Kevin grabbed my ankle. Then he began to tickle my foot.

"No! Don't tickle me!" I yelled while laughing.

A.J. reached out and grabbed Stacey.

"Let's find out what kind of undies you wear!" he yelled.

He began to tickle her and then he took her pajama bottoms off.

Howie managed to get Lauren by the leg. She fell down next to him.

"I know you want a kiss!" he said.

"No!" she said as she began to laugh.

Then he turned to her and gave her a big kiss, making sure she got plenty of shaving cream on her.

Kevin continued to tickle me while I yelled for help.

"Are you going to untie me and takes these handcuffs off?" he asked.

"No," I said while laughing.

"Are you sure?" he asked as he pulled me down to face him.

Then he moved his head close to mine. He began kissing me, getting shaving cream everywhere.

"Are you sure?" he asked.

"Okay," he said.

Then he began to tickle my side.

"Okay, okay. I give in," I said, laughing. "Just stop tickling me!"

Kevin stopped tickling me, so I could sit up. He moved his feet by me and I untied them.

"Now my hands," he said.

"Stacey! Pass me the key!" I yelled.

"A.J., stop!" Stacey yelled while laughing. "I'm getting the key."

A.J. let go of her and then she got up. She grabbed her pajama bottoms and got the key. She went to the guys and undid their handcuffs.

"So who's brilliant idea was it to pull our pants down?" Kevin asked as he stood up and put his pants on.

"Janel!" Stacey said.

"Janel's!" Lauren said.

Kevin just smiled at me. "Why?"

"We had to find out whether you guys wore boxers or briefs," I said.

"Oh yeah. . .cause that's important," Kevin said as he laughed.

"Who's idea was this to wake us up like this?" Howie asked.

"Stacey!" I said.

"All Stacey's idea," Lauren said.

She blushed as A.J. looked at her. Then he grabbed her and began to tickle her.

"You little stinker!" he said.

"I'm sorry," Stacey said as she laughed. "But I couldn't help it. You guys were just laying there and I had to do something," she explained. "Hey! What about Lauren?"

"What about me?" Lauren asked.

"Yeah, you didn't get blamed for any of this," I said.

"I know. I'm a perfect angel," she said.

"Whatever!" Stacey and I yelled.

"So now what?" Howie asked as he wiped himself off.

"Well you guys might want to get cleaned up," Lauren said as she got up.

"Stay here. I'll be right back," I said.

I got up and went into the bathroom. I grabbed a few towels and then went back into the living room. I threw towels to A.J. and Howie and brought one to Kevin. I sat down next to Kevin and wiped his face off. The guys took off their shirts and threw them in a pile.

After they cleaned themselves, we got blankets and pillows. We decided just to camp out instead of going to our rooms. We all got comfortable next to our men and then shut the t.v. off. Kevin and I quickly fell asleep in each other's arms.
