List of Makelaars

Here in the Netherlands it is quite common, that Makelaars act as brokers between owners and renters.
Maybe important: There is a difference between "Makelaars" and "Bemiddelaars". Makelaars usually don't charge comission for the objects they have in their own database. If they give you a flat that is not in their own database, they charge comission. Bemiddelaars always charge comission. That is what I think the system works like.
