Natalie has not yet accomplished her ultimate goals, but she did well enough in 90 days to lose over 15 pounds of bodyfat, gain several pounds of muscle and improve her appearance to the degree that she was named a finalist in the D&A Nutrition 90-day Challenge.  She has exemplified the crucial elements of consistant resistance and cardiovascular training, patience in expecting healthy results and discipline in eating, training and resting.  Stay tuned for her next update as she continues to improve.
