Analysis: B- with potential.
Really too early to grade. Clement is a top prospect... Bowden has done well enough that he should be considered a top prospect... and the rest have all performed somewhere at or just above mediocre. All of them still can have a bright future, and there's nobody here I've given up on.

So far I'm a bit disappointed in the only Aggie I've ever drafted in Pennington... come on Cliff, GIG EM! Stupid bias picks...

Update - July 11th, 2007 -
B Well I like Teagarden a lot more then I did before. He's pushed the grade up significantly, with him and Clement from this draft I shouldn't have to worry about getting a catcher for another decade or so, even if Salty has to move.

Analysis:
Who knows? B maybe? I like my picks so far, and with no 1st rounders that is saying something, but another year is needed to get any scope at how good these draftees are. A bit ironic though that I like my 2nd through 4th selections better then my first one.

Update July 12th, 2007 -
A- I'm really liking this draft, even with no 1st rounders. A bit strange considering this was supposed to be a weak draft class. Desmond Jennings is proof that 7th rounders can amount to something, of course Tyler Robertson is pretty good proof too. Masterson has has also jumped to the quality prospect level, and although I still prefer Cardenas, Betances, and Hunter, Antonelli has shown that I wasn't wrong drafting him first. The one negative this year is that Sulentic went from looking like a top prospect to a mediocre one but you can't have everyone turn into a star, and Sulentic can still regain his luster. Also I didn't intend for both Antonelli and Cardenas to move to 2B, but oh well... just more depth there.
