Materials: 6x2 and 3x2 3/16 square tubing
Cost: Metal: $30-$40 or so, bedliner paint: $20, plus welding supplies and lunch for Fishbait . . . Total = around $100
Time: All cutting, welding, and painting was done in a weekend.
