Dimensions: 72" X 49.5" x 6"

Accessory Mounts: High-Lift jack, axe, shovel, and lights.

Materials: 3/4 square tubing, 16 gauge sheet metal double-wall sides and single-wall corners, 1/8" accessory tabs galore, 3/16" mounting brackets, and con-ferr bulldog clamps.

Cost: Metal: $30, bending: $40, clamps: $90, bedliner paint: $80 . . . Total = $240

Time: All cutting and welding was done in 1.5 easy days, mounting took a couple hours (including drilling bracket holes), and add another few hours for painting and misc fabrication.
