	Although : แม้ว่า

	Although this student is very clever,yet
	he may fail in his exmination if he is too
	confident and works carelessly.

	แม้นักเรียนผู้นี้จะเก่งมากก็ตาม แต่ก้อาจ
	สอบตกได้ ถ้าประมาท และทำงานสะเพร่า

	Although the situation is disappointing 
	we must not lose hope; and although
	we are hopeful( of success) we must
	also be prepared for the worst.

	แม้สถานการณ์ทำให้เราผิดหวังก็ตาม
	เราก็ต้องไม่หมดหวัง หรือทอดอาลัย
	เสียเลยทีเดียว และแม้เราจะมีความ
	หวังเพียงใด เราก็ต้องเตรียมตัวไว้รับ
	เหตุการณ์ที่ร้ายแรงที่สุดด้วยเหมือนกัน
	
	Although the results of some Karmas 
	seem to disappear yet they are not
	lost. For they exist in the same way
	as ( the so-called element of) fire
	does,  waiting to manifest themselves 
	under favourable conditions.

	แม้ผลของกรรมบางอย่างดูเหมือนว่า
	จะไม่ปรากฏก็ตาม แต่ก็มิได้หาหาย
	สูญไปเลย เพราะว่าผลกรรมเหล่านั้น
	ยังคงมีอยู่ทำนองเดียวกับ(สิ่งที่เราเรียก
	ว่าธาตุ) ไฟมีอยู่ฉะนั้น, และผลกรรม
	เหล่านี้ก็พร้อมที่จะแสดงตัวออกมาใน
	เมื่อโอกาศอำนวย
