How does it start?     well with steet fairs, pageants, fireworks, and feasts. It all begins with a parade down the Champs -Elyses and ends with fireworks at Montmartre.Whereever you are you will hear Piaf warbling "La Foule " (THE CROWD). HOW: hum the Marseillaise outfit with baret a pack of Gauloises and a bottle of chep wine; leave your hotel and stamp around the neighborhood.
