8 in class tonight.  OUTSTANDING 45 minute warm-up tonight!  We worked jab/cross w/body movement, jab/cross w/angling, jab/cross - double weave - jab/cross w/mitts,  jab/cross - thai kick w/mitts, jab/cross/hook - thai kick w/mitts.  Then we grabbed the body shields and worked on thrust kicks, back leg round kicks to the body, machine gun punches w/sprawl, elbows w/sprawl, knees w/sprawl and then a round of mulitple attackers to end the night.
