6 in class tonight.  We had an Africa hot 45 minute warm-up inside gym two :-)  Then we practiced defensive backleg round kicks (white belts) and offensive back leg round kicks (green belts) w/pads and defensive side kicks (white belts) back reverse side kicks (green belts) w/pads.  Next we grabbed the focus mitts and worked jab/cross w/mitts, hooks w/mitts, uppercutts w/mitts, defensive back fist w/mitts, spinning backfist w/mitts times two and jab/cross/back leg round kick/spinning backfist combo w/mitts times two.  Then we grabbed the body shields again and worked machine gun punches w/sprawl, elbows w/sprawl and knees w/sprawl.  We ended the night with a round of multiple attackers for everyone.


CONGRATS to Trevor Woods for earning his green belt tonight!  You truly deserve it bro!!!
