7 in training tonight.  We started with a full 45 minute warm-up (we did loose one noob during the warm-up though) and then we went straight into combatives.  We worked jab/cross w/mitts x2, jab/cross/back leg round kick w/mitts x2, jab/cross/back leg round kick/double defense w/mitts x2, jab/cross/back leg round kick/double defense/double body hooks w/mitts x3, jab/cross/back leg round kick/double defense/double body hooks/neck clinch w/mitts x3.  Then we put it all together for a combo that went from contact to take down:  jab/cross/back leg round kick/double defense/double body hooks/neck clinch/back leg sweep w/mitts x3.  Next we worked palm heels w/pads, elbows w/pads, downward hammer fists w/pads and side hammer fists w/pads.  We ended the night with two rounds of ab conditioning.


After class Chris, Trevor, Ben, Julio and I stayed around for 30 minutes of contact sparring. 


This was Julie D's second to last class with us.  Julie....we're going to miss you every day your not training with us!  Your energy and excitement drove the class!  You're the best :-)
