3 in class tonight.  We had a great 45 minute warmup prior to training.  Then we worked jab/cross w/mitts x2, hooks w/mitts, uppercutts w/mitts, boxers 3 w/mitts, boxers 4 w/mitts, jab/cross - defend drill w/mitts, 360 defense drill w/mitts, jab/cross - double defense - jab/cross drill w/mitts.  Then we picked up the body shields and worked machine gun punches w/sprawl, elbows w/pads and knees w/pads.  We ended the night with a round of ab conditioning and thigh kicks. 

Tonight was Trevor's 21st birthday and he still came to train.  Way to be hard core Trevor!
