4 in jits today.  We started with our warm-up, fish, falls and rolls.  Then while Julio and steve worked a flow drill that included the armdrag take down - to back control - to single arm lapel choke, Trevor and I worked the scissor sweep, hip escape and single leg take down from kneeling.
