4 in training tonight.  We had a great 45 minute warm-up.  We covered jab/cross x2, jab/cross - double defense - jab/cross x2, jab/cross - bob and weave x2, jab/cross - bob and weave - double defense x2, jab/cross - bob and weave - double defense - clinch x2, jab/cross - bob and weave - double defense - clinch - single arm choke x2.  Then we grabbed the body shields and worked machine gun punches w/pads, knees w/pads, and palm heels w/pads.
