Training site.

5 in jits today.  We started with a warm-up, fish, falls and rolls.  Then we covered the scissor sweep, scissor sweep - mount - figure four lock, basic circut drill and then single leg pass - side control - figure four lock.   We ended the training session with 20 minutes of round robin sparring on the mat.


It was great to be back from TDY and on the mat with you guys again.  See you on Tuesday!
