7 in training tonight, with one noob.  We started with the usual 45 minute warm-up.  Then we greased our shoulders with a round of jab/cross w/mitts, jab/cross/hook w/mitts and jab/cross/hook/uppercutt w/mitts.  Next we worked two minute rounds.  White belts worked back leg offensive and defensive front kicks w/mitts; and front and back leg round kicks w/mitts.  Green belts worked front hooks w/mitts, wheel kicks w/mitts and crescent kicks w/mitts.  Then we dropped the mitts and grabbed the body shields.  We covered machine gun punches w/sprawl, thai kicks w/sprawl, knees w/sprawl and elbows w/sprawl.  We ended the night with a round of multiple attackers for all.
