Congrats to all those who showed up for the jujitsu class today.  We had a total of six people training on the mats.  We covered side, back and front fall, and the back/forward rolls.  Then we moved into the guard and mount, which led us to a "fun" mount drill that caused a few bruises and scraps :-)  A great time was had by all - HA!

I can't wait to see you all again next weekend.
