7 in training tonight with three noobs.  We had  a great 45 minute warm-up prior to training.  We covered jab/cross w/mitts x2, double defense drill w/mitts x2, jab/cross/double defense/jab/cross w/mitts x2, white belt combos 3 - 7 and green belt combos 1 - 3.  Then we dropped the body shields and worked machine gun punches w/sprawl and elbows w/sprawl.

After class Chris, Trevor and Ben worked two 3 minute sparring rounds a piece while I coached (becuase Trevor broke me to weeks ago - hee hee).
